If you can't find the bike that you want either from within a Halfords store or the "sold to order" catalogue located in the store, and you have a special requirement then we can probably source it for you anyway. We are able to source most bikes available on the UK market - however you can not gain access to this additional "special order" service from the store network.

If you feel you would like some more assistance with selecting what equipment you want, further info on choosing the right bike and safety equipment for you can be found here (requires free Adobe Reader).

Once you know the bike make, model and size that you require, you will be able to phone Halfords Cycle2Work helpline to enquire about your "special order" bike. The Cycle2Work team will try to source your preferred bicycle.

You must have received your Letter of Collection before an order can be placed.
