Employer and employee secure website
The secure website is an innovative, interactive function that allows both employers and employees to access and view the progress of their scheme. It's password protected and provides real-time information. The website can be tailored to suit your organisation's precise requirements.
A dedicated Implementation Manager will be your main point of contact for the duration of the scheme, helping you to set up and manage it. We will help you to promote the scheme to your employees and provide you with a dedicated employee customer care line and email address to answer any queries.
We will provide you with marketing literature, such as promotional posters, information leaflets and case studies to download and use when you launch the scheme. We can also print material where required. Marketing material can be tailored to include your logo and company details - edited to suit your particular business.
Halfords view each scheme as a long term relationship. As such you will work with a dedicated Sales Manager who will help you every step of the way providing time tables, re-launches and who may be able to offer other exclusive Halfords benefits dependent on your organisations circumstances.
We have a team of dedicated Roadshow coordinators who may be able to visit your site to promote your cycle2work scheme along with a display of bikes and accessories. They will also provide key scheme advice and leaflets to hand out to employees.
All Halfords stores are well briefed in cycle2work scheme compliance and processes, meaning that you do not have to worry about the fulfilment of orders.
If you have a particular local store in mind for your organisation’s cycle2work needs, we will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the specifics of your scheme are well briefed. This will ensure the best possible service for your colleagues.
We run a professional helpline to answer all employees’ queries. The team are able to assists employees with all manner of enquiry via telephone and E-mail relieving you from questions from your colleagues.
